If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us, and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

It is important to us that you receive what you ordered. We try to describe these beautiful, unique pieces we offer carefully. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not pay for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

Wrong size on footwear?  We offer a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE for the correct size after we receive your return.  Please get in touch with us at alisastruecolors@gmail.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on original artwork.
