Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please reach out to me, and we will do everything I can to make it right.
I take great care in describing my beautiful and unique products accurately. However, if you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, I have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please note that I will not cover return shipping costs.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.
I handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, always intending to ensure my customer's happiness. If you need assistance with a recent purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me via email at email@example.com.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact me immediately.
For footwear with the wrong size, I offer a one-time exchange for the correct size. Simply return the item, and once I receive it, I will arrange for the exchange. Please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process.
Refunds will be issued once I have received and inspected your return. I will notify you of the refund approval and initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund may take some time, depending on your bank or credit card company's procedures.
Please note that original artwork is non-returnable. Due to the nature of these one-of-a-kind pieces, I cannot accept returns for original artwork. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before making a decision.
